I have a copy of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Elements 12 on disc which I have installed onto a new computer running Windows While photoshop runs, and premiere stated a successful install I have been unable to open the editor for premiere and with this I have unsuccessfully tried running in compatibility mode and as administrator but with no success.

An initial reply from Adobe suggested running is adobe premiere elements 12 compatible with windows 10 free compatibility mode and as administrator which were unsuccessful.

Upon further digging however, I discovered it may be a Nvidia issue as discussed here:. Basically it suggests that newer Nvidia drivers were breaking the program. I realize this may be more of a Nvidia question but I'll ask here first, is it possible to run pre-windows 11 drivers on Windows 11?
